The Inner
Game
Most of us know more than we act on.
We know the habits we should build, the conversations we should have, the boundaries we should set, and the risks we should take. Yet knowing rarely guarantees action.
The Inner Game was my first attempt to understand that gap. Part reflection, part observation, and part exploration, the book examines the internal forces that shape our decisions: identity, expectations, self-awareness, fear, ambition, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are.
Long before I became interested in trust, technology, and human behavior, I was fascinated by a simpler question: why is it often easier to understand what needs to change than to actually change it?
The Inner Game is an exploration of that question.
