How I work

Every show, video and post I make goes through the same process

01

Collect ideas

Every idea goes into one Notion dump, so nothing gets lost and topics come from what I'm actually seeing.

02

Plan the calendar

Topics get mapped to a content calendar across the podcast, YouTube and socials.

03

Research and script

I research each topic, prep guest questions and write the script.

04

Record and edit

I record, edit and design every thumbnail myself.

05

Publish everywhere

One episode becomes a Spotify episode, a YouTube video, Shorts and posts, with titles and SEO for each platform.

06

Review every Friday

I check what worked that week and plan the next one from the numbers.

Gen Yodha 🏹

The anti-LinkedIn

A networking platform for people with 0 to 7 years of experience, where your hustle matters more than your college name. No public likes, a waiting room for messages, coffee chats, and an AI weekly journal that matches you with peers.

What I did

  • Built and shipped the MVP in Q1 2026
  • Ran the waitlist and an early community called the Unofficial Board of Directors
  • Grew it with organic content only, no paid ads
  • Ran customer discovery calls and used the feedback to decide what came next

Results

50+waitlist signups, all organic
60%matched the target user
67%of qualified users tried the product
30%of trial users joined discovery calls

The Dual-Journey Model of Marketing in the Agentic Era

My paper on SSRN about what happens to marketing when people start asking AI agents to shop for them.

Ideas in the paper

  • Brands now market to two audiences: people and the AI agents acting for them
  • What a person sees before they use an agent shapes what the agent picks later
